and the Mandarins
Winston Churchill's idea to dump fake reichsmarks on the Germans starts a
secret debate within the Treasury. The mandarins argue among themselves,
and finally the great economist John Maynard Keynes (JMK) swats it down once
and for all, but patriotic Englishmen come up with the idea anyway..
